WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR A REFUND
What is necessary to make a refund, cancellation conditions without penalties?
The refund of the paid funds in the amount of 100% is carried out upon notification of the cancellation of the reservation no later than 14 days before the scheduled arrival. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before arrival, you will be charged 10%, but not more than the cost of 1 day.
The prepayment is refunded in full in case of force majeure.
